Break blasting parameters for driving a roadway in rock with high residual stress

摘要: 以柱装药爆破漏斗理论为基础,对高地应力巷道崩落爆破标准漏斗形成进行研究,导出了高应力条件下形成崩落爆破标准漏斗的判断准则,进而导出了相应条件的巷道崩落爆破参数计算式。结果表明,地应力的作用要求对巷道崩落爆破的现有参数计算进行修正,而且地应力越高,崩落爆破的最小抵抗线和炮孔间距减小越多,单位耗药量和循环炮孔数量增加越多。最后指出,选用较高爆速的炸药可减缓崩落爆破参数随地应力增大而改变的速率。Abstract: The formation of a normal blasting crater for the break blasting of a roadway in rock with high residual stress was investigated based on the theory of cylindrical blasting crater. The criterion on the formation of a normal blasting crater, and the parameters of stoping blasting for driving a roadway in rock with high residual stress as well, were deduced. It is concluded from investigation that the parameters of break blasting need to be modified due to the effect of residual stress, and that the higher the residual stress is, the smaller the burden and the blasthole separation are, the larger the specific charge and the number of round blastholes are. Finally, it is pointed out that high explosive can be used to decrease the rate at which the parameters of break blasting for driving a roadway change due to the effect of high residual stress.
