Eulerian numerical simulation of a shaped charge

摘要: 用二维有限差分欧拉程序MEPH2Y模拟了聚能装药的作用过程,包括爆轰波的形成、传播及与其他介质的相互作用,高温高压下射流(或射弹)的形成、延展、减压、断裂,射流(或射弹)对靶的侵彻及靶的成坑和动态响应等过程。介绍了程序所用的数学模型、数值方法,以及模拟的部分问题与实验结果的比较。结果表明,数值模拟结果与实验结果符合较好。Abstract: By MEPH2Y, a two-dimensional finite difference Eulerian hydrocode, this paper simulated the action process of a shaped charge. The process includes the following: (1) the formation and propagation of the detonation wave, and its interaction with other materials; (2) the formation, stretching, decompression and rupture of the jet under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions; (3) the collision of jet (or projectile) with target; (4) the notch formation and dynamic response of the target. The mathematical model and numerical method used in the program were introduced and some simulated results were compared with the experimental results. Comparisons show that the simulated results are in agreement with the experiment results and the MEPH2Y code is appropriate to be used to simulate the shaped charge problems.
