摘要: 为了探讨炸药装药的孔隙率对其烤燃响应特性的影响,利用自行研制的炸药烤燃试验系统,选用TNT和JB-B两种炸药进行试验。得出结论:随着装药孔隙率的增大,炸药从开始发生自加速分解反应到发生烤燃反应的延滞时间会增长,相应的烤燃反应温度也会提高;同时孔隙率的增大也会导致炸药发生烤燃反应剧烈性的增大。Abstract: A cook-off equipment was developed to explore influences of charge porosity on the cook-off response of explosives. The cook-off test was carried out by taking the TNT and JB-B explosives for examples. Experimental results indicate that with the increase of charge porosity, the lasting time from the beginning of self-acceleration decomposition reaction to the start of cook-off reaction is prolonged, the corresponding cook-off temperature is elevated, and the violence of the cook-off response is intensified.
