Experimental investigation on a dynamic constitutive relationship of 5A06 Al alloy

摘要: 运用材料试验机和分离式霍普金森压杆装置(SHPB)对3种不同加工及热处理状态的5A06铝合金在常温~500 C、应变率为10-4~103 s-1 下的力学行为进行了实验研究。基于Johnson-Cook (JC) 本构模型,通过实验数据拟合得到了每种状态下材料的本构模型参量。对Johnson-Cook本构模型中的应变率强化项作了修正,修正后的Johnson-Cook本构模型与实验数据基本吻合,从而确立了3种状态下5A06铝合金的动态本构关系。

Abstract: Dynamic mechanical behaviors of 5A06 Al alloy by three kinds of processes and heat treatments were studied with the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) and static material test system over a wide range of strain rates and temperature. The Johnson-Cook constitutive relationship parameters were determined through these experiments. The strain-rate hardening term in the Johnson-Cook constitutive model was modified. The modified Johnson-Cook constitutive model is in agreement with the experimental data for 5A06 Al alloy.-
