摘要: 以辽宁红沿河核电站核岛基础爆破开挖为例,分析了核岛基础不同区域的岩体力学特性以及各层 开挖时岩体允许损伤深度的差异,指出必须根据实际情况提出岩体爆炸振动控制方法和标准。在此基础上, 基于爆破振动监测和声波实验,分析了岩体爆破振动以及损伤特征,建立了核岛基础爆破开挖时岩体损伤深 度与振动速度之间的经验公式,提出了不同区域、不同允许损伤深度的情况下岩体爆炸振动速度控制标准。 研究结果表明,通过监测距爆源一定距离处的岩体质点振动速度控制爆炸损伤深度的方法是合适和有效的。Abstract: Abstract:BytakingtheblastingexcavationoftheHongyanhenuclearpowerplantfoundationforexample, themechanicalpropertiesoftherockmasswereanalysedinthedifferentregionsofthenuclear islands,andthedamagedepthdifferencesoftherockmasswerediscussedfordifferentlayersunder excavation.Itwaspointedoutthatthecontrolmethodandsafetythresholdshouldbebroughtforward bythepracticalrockblasting.Basedonblastingvibrationsurveyingandsoundwavetestingconducted inconstructionsite,therelationshipbetweendamagezonesizeandpeakparticlevelocitywasinvestigatedfortherockmassatagivendistancefromthecentreofthechar ingarea,andthecorresponding empiricalformulawasestablished.Accordingly,thesafetythresholdofblastingvibrationwasgiven forthedifferentrockstratainnuclearislandsandthedifferentexcavationschemewasdetermined withthedifferentallowabledamagedepth.Resultsprovethatthemethodandthresholdareapplicable toholdthedamagedepthofrockandtoensuretheintegrityofthebedrockunderblastingexcavation.
