摘要: 针对最近发展起来的剖面测量技术瞬态位移干涉仪,提出了一种连续的、基于对原始测量信 号进行完整重现的非线性回归数据分析方法,给出了具体的处理过程。与常规的基于离散处理思想的峰值搜 寻法相比,该方法充分利用了原始测量数据信息,可获得更高的剖面精度,并对剖面细节具有更强的分辨能 力,当处理材料的低压弹塑性响应时,优势更明显。以Sn和45钢在低压冲击加载下的自由面粒子速度剖面 测量为例,对该方法的特点进行了具体分析。Abstract: Anewmethodforvelocityprofiledataprocessingofupdatedinstantaneousdisplacementinterferometerisdevelopedinthispaper, whichmainlyaimsattheDPS(displacementpinsystem)in ChinaandPDV (photonDopplervelocimeter)inAmerica.Thismethodisbasedontheideaofrevivifyingmeasuredsignalbynon- linearregressionanalysis(NLRA),andthemainanalyzingprocessis presented.ComparingwiththetraditionalPick-Peaksmethodwhichisbasedondiscretedataprocessingidea, itcanobtainhigheraccuracyforvelocityprofileandhasastrongerabilitytodistinguishits details,especiallywhenitisusedtodealwithelasitc-plasticlowpressureimpactresponseofmaterials. Atlast,thecharacteristicsofthismethodarediscussedindetailbycalculatingthefree-surface velocityprofilesofSnand45steelundergoingalowpressureplanarimpactandmeasuredwithDPS.
