摘要: 针对绝热剪切形成时由于变形高度局域化,塑性功产生的热导致局部高温,有时会伴随动态再结 晶(DRX)的现象,采用一种考虑动态再结晶过程的绝热剪切破坏准则,利用有限元方法模拟了Arne工具钢 平头弹冲塞Weldox460E钢靶板的实验。数值模拟揭示了剪切带产生、传播的过程,温度分布情况表明在绝 热剪切带中具备动态再结晶形成的物理条件。Abstract: Experimentshaveshownthatduringtheformationofadiabaticshear,becauseofhighlylocalizeddeformation, theheatgeneratedbyplasticworkcauseslocalizedhightemperatures,andsometimestheprocessmaybeaccompaniedbythephenomenonofdynamicre- crystallization.Basedonthis phenomenon,numericalsimulationsareperformedtosimulateaArnetool-steelbluntnoseprojectile pluggingaWeldox460thintarget,usingthefiniteelementmethod.Theadiabaticshearfailurecriterionisbasedonthehypothesisthatmaterialinsidetheshearbandregionundergoesadynamicre- crystallizationprocess. Numericalsimulationrevealstheadiabaticsheargenerationand propagation process.Thetemperaturedistributionshowsthattheadiabaticshearbandscanprovidephysicalconditionsforadynamicrecrystallizationprocess.
