摘要: 利用分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)实验装置,在-25和-10 ℃的低温下,对冰进行了应变率为 500~2000s-1的动态压缩实验。制作了试样的模具和低温制冷保温装置,满足冰所需要的低温条件。SHPB 实验中使用波形整形器消除波形振荡现象,并最大程度地实现恒应变率加载。实验表明,冰的动态应力应变 呈非线性关系;在较高应变率下,冰的动态应力应变关系与应变率相关,峰值应力和破坏应变都随应变率的增 大而增大。温度对冰的强度有明显影响,冰的压缩强度随温度的升高而降低。Abstract: Toexplorethedynamicmechanicalcharacteristicsofice,uniaxialcompressiontestswere carriedoutinthestrainraterangefrom500to2000s-1 byusingthesplitHopkinsonpressurebar (SHPB)techniqueat-25and-10 ℃,respectively.Moldsweredesignedtomanufactureicesamples, andacoolingchamberwasdevelopedtomeetthelow-temperaturecondition.Pulseshaperswere usedtoachieveconstantstrainrateloading.Experimentalresultsshowthatthedynamicstress-strain relationoficeisnonlinear,thepeakstressandfailurestrainincreasewiththeincreaseofstrainrates, andthecompressivestrengthoficedecreaseswiththeincreaseofthetesttemperature.
