摘要: 基于矿井生产环境,构建了相应的物理模型、数学模型,进行了数值模拟。模拟过程中,考虑了化 学反应,将爆炸热力学过程和基元反应耦合,采用TVD格式进行数值离散。结果揭示巷道中设置1~3辆矿 车时,瓦斯爆炸冲击波及其火焰波的结构和参数变化特征。数值模拟与实验结果对比分析表明,单一矿车和 多辆矿车在激励效应存在明显不同,矿车数量增加,激励效应更加显著。Abstract: Tramcarsareusedastransportequipment,especiallyinthecentralareaofamine.Asobstaclesinthecloudofpre- mixedgas,theyproducestimulatingeffectduringthemethaneexplosionaccidentsincoalmining. Basedonconditionsofcoalminingprocess,asetofmodelsisbuiltforthenumericalsimulation. Thechemicalreactionmechanism,thermodynamicsofexplosionandelementary reactionaretakenintoconsiderationinthesimulation.TheTVDschemeisusedfornumericaldiscretization. Theresultshowsthechangesofshockwaveandfireflamebecauseoftheinfluenceof1to3 tramcars.Bycomparisonwithpreviousexperimentalresults,theconclusionisthatthestimulating effectwillbeenhancedwiththeincreaseofthenumberoftramcars.Theresultwillbehelpfulforthe gasexplosionprevention,emergencyresponseandrescue,andincidentinvestigationincoalmines.
