摘要: 为了解决大面积钛钢板爆炸焊接工程应用中复合板边界区的局部脱焊现象,利用动力非线性数值 模拟,考察了大幅板爆炸焊接的动态过程,通过分析爆焊过程中不同时刻复板飞行姿态,发现了在大幅板爆炸 焊接过程中存在褶皱变形,发生位置与实际工程中大幅板的脱焊位置一致,指出应特别注意复板的褶皱变形, 并解释了褶皱变形出现的原因,为爆炸焊接工艺技术的改进和发展提供了参考。Abstract: Inengineeringapplicationofexplosionweldingoflarge-sizedTi/steelplates,weldingdefectsarealwaysfoundintheparticularareaofplatesboundary. Inordertosolvethisproblem,the dynamicprocessofexplosionweldingisinvestigatedbythenumericalsimulation.Foldingdeformationcanbediscoveredduringtheexplosionweldingbasedontheresearchonthemorphologicalchangesoftheflyerplateatdiffere ttimes.Thecalculationresultsareingoodagreementwiththeexperiments. Thestudiesshowthatfoldingdeformationisacrucialproblemwhichshouldbenoticedinthe processofexplosivewelding.Thereasonsforthefoldingdeformationarediscussedinthepaper.The conclusioncanprovideareferenceforthedevelopmentofexplosionweldingtechnology.
