摘要: 利用由轻气炮装置改装而成的生物激波管,开展不同冲击波超压值下兔的损伤效应研究。通过对 兔的多种生理特征和器官(如肺、肾脏等)的变化情况进行检测,综合分析了生物体生理系统对冲击波响应及 其损伤后的自身调节作用。建立了损伤肺湿干比与超压间的定量关系,发现了血压随冲击波增加而降低的现 象。除肺外,冲击波对生物体其他脏器同样存在显著影响。Abstract: Astudyofimpactdamagetorabbitiscarriedoutbyusingashocktubeimprovedfroma light-gasgundevice,atdifferentshockwavepressures.Basedonthemeasurementofthevariationof itsphysiologicalcharacteristicsandorgans (lung,kidneyetc.),theeffectsofshockresponseand damagecoregulationontheoverallphysiologicalsystemswereinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthe damageoflungincreaseswithincreasingshockwavepressure.Theratioofwettodryofinjuredlung increaseswithincreasingpressure.Weobtainedtherelationbetweenthisratioandtheshockwave pressure.Wefoundthebloodpressuresdecreaseswithincreasingshockwavepressure.Theshock wavehasasignificantimpactontheotherorgansbesidesthelung.
