摘要: 模拟了三种不同装药结构分别采用正向、反向和两端起爆时的应力波传播、叠加过程。增大炮孔 顶部装药量,采用正向和两端起爆均可以显著提高炮孔中部压力。三种模型反向起爆时,炮孔堵塞段的压力 均高于另两种起爆方式。将反向起爆下各模型沿炮孔的压力曲线进行比较,发现增大顶部药量后,压力分布 更为均匀,且平均压力最大。将模拟结果应用到现场实验,基本消除了大块矸石,提高了岩石充填的效率。Abstract: Simulationswereperformedtoanalyzethepropagationandsuperpositionprocessesofstress wavesaimingtothreedifferentchargestructuresundertop,bottomandsimultaneousinitiations,respectively. Thepressureinthemiddleoftheboreholeincreasesgreatlywhenincreasingthetopcharge undertopandsimultaneousinitiations.Adoptingbottominitiation,thepressurepeaksofstemming partarehigherthanthoseadoptingtheothertwoinitiations.Forthreechargestructuresunderbottominitiation, comparisonsofthepressurecurvesalongtheboreholesdisplaythatmoreeven-distributedpressurecanbeobtainedandthecorrespondingmeanpressureishigherbyincreasingthetop charge.Thesimulatedresultswereappliedtothefieldpracticeandthebigfragmentsweredeletedbasically. Sotheganguebackfillefficiencycanincreasebyadoptingair-deckchargeblasting.
