摘要: 利用抗恶劣环境的存储测试技术,以单片机和CPLD为主控芯片,设计了一种舰用动爆冲击波记 录系统。系统具备内、外触发功能,采用光纤传输触发信号,提高触发电路的抗干扰能力,确保系统具有同一 时间基准和可靠触发。通过激波管校准实验和舰船实验,系统成功记录了冲击波信号,证明了该系统具有良 好的实用性和可靠性。Abstract: Byadoptingthestoragetesttechniquesunderbadenvironments,ashockwaverecordersystem wasdesignedwithMCUandCPLDasthemaincontrolchips.Therecordersystemhasinsideand outsidetriggerfunctions,inwhichtheopticalfibersareusedtotransmitthetriggeredsignals.And thehighanti-interferenceabilityofthetriggercircuitscanensuretherecordersystemhavethesame timestandardsandbetriggeredreliably.Theshocktubecalibrationexperimentandthewarshipexperimentwereconducted. Andtheshockwavesignalswererecordedsuccessfullybytherecordersystem. Sothedesignedrecordersystemhasgoodpracticabilityandreliability.
