Abstract
Basedonthemulticomponentthree-dimensionalEulerequation,thephenomenaofrotating
detonationintheannularcombustorweresimulatednumerically,andthethree-dimensionalstructure
oftherotatingdetonationwaveandtheeffectsofthelateralrarefactionwavesonthedetonationwave
frontwerediscussed.Thenumericalresultsshowthattherotatingdetonationwavecanpropagate
steadilyinthelayerofpremixedgas,andthedetonationwavefrontisdistortedduetothelateralrarefactionwaves.
ComparedwiththeidealCJdetonation,theintensityandparametersofrotatingdetonationwavebothdeclinesomewhat.
