Abstract
Thisreviewaimsatthemainprogressesofthemodelsdescribingshock-inducedignitionand
detonationofsolidheterogeneousexplosivessince1980s.These modelscanbedividedintothree
types:empiricalmodels,micromechanicalmodelsandmoleculardynamicsbasedmodels.Thecorrespondingtheoriestothesemodelsareanalyzedaswellastheexistentdifficultiesintheoreticalinvestigationandpracticalapplicat
on,andtheapplicationpossibilitiesofthesemodelstocomplexengineeringproblemsareexplored.
Investigatedresultsshowthatthemicromechanicalmodelstakeonunambiguousconceptsandcanpredicttheexperimentalresults,
andtheyhavegoodapplicationprospectsin
engineeringpractice.Atlast,someadvicesaboutthemicromechanicalmodelsaregiven.
