Abstract
Toexplorethedeformationfeaturesoftheplateswithholesunderblastwaves,thinplates
oftwomaterialswerepreparedbyadoptingthreekindsofholenumbersandthreekindsofholediameterstogaintherulesofdeflectionatthecentreof
heplates.Ageneralizeddeflectionformulawas
proposedbycombiningtheexistentdeflectionformulafortheplateswithoutholessubjectedtoblast
loading.Theproposeddeflectionformulacanbeusedtocalculatethedeflectionatthecentreofthe
plateswithholes.
