Abstract
Aimedtothepoormatchofthetraditionalwaveletpackettransform withthemeasured
blastingvibrationsignalinthechoiceofwaveletbase,amethodwasproposedfortheconstructionof
secondgenerationwaveletsbasedoninterpolationsubdivision.Andthefrequencyaliasresultedbydot
interlacedsamplingwasovercomebyusinganalgorithm withfrequencyshift.Throughmulti-resolutiondecompositionofmeasuredsignals,
energydistributionineveryfrequencybandwasobtained,by
whichthedistributionfeaturesoftheblastingseismicsignalswereanalyzed.Analysisresultsshow
thatthealgorithmfortheSGWPtransformcanreflecttheenergydistributionoftheblastingseismic
signalsanditisaneffectiveapproachtoestimatingthestructuresafetyunderblastingvibrationconditions
