Abstract
Aimedtothesecurityestimationofcylindricalexplosionvessels,theradialdistortionatthe
centersectionofthevesselwasnumericallycalculated.Whentheinitialparametersaresetwithrandomerrors,
thefinalsimulationresultschangeobviously.Someessentialparametersaresampledby
theMonte-Carlomethod,sothattheuncertaintyoftheseparameterscanbeconsideredinthecalculationprocess,
andtheresultsactuallyarethesamplesoftheradialdistortionofthevessel.Basedon
thestatisticalanalysisofthesamples,theconfidenceintervalestimationmethodforthesecurityprobabilityofcylindricalexplosionvesselswasproposed.
Thevalidityandaccuracyofthemethodwerealsoillustratedbyexamples.
